Technical Sales Manager for
Interior Space Solutions for
Florida Kitchen Center, Inc, Hialeah, FL.

Duties include: Manage the sale process in East and West part of the EEUU of the FKC services, with emphasis in cabinets and interior space solution projects. Assist existing FKC’s accounts for South and Central America and identify new markets and customer leads, monitoring the competition, while maintaining good customer relations and pursuing new sales opportunities. Focus sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of new clients. Plan and coordinate new partnerships with interior space designers, establish territories, quotas, and goals. Advise, and execute sales strategies for services offered by the company, in order to guarantee sales compliance, loyalty, achievement of new clients, contributing to its profitability. Develop and deliver commercial and sales strategy to drive the business forward in terms of growth, revenue and profits. Identifying opportunities to expand the target markets. Management and growth of existing accounts. Visit potential and existing partners. Implement training programs of the services for sales representatives. Control sales and service programs. Prepare budgets, price schedules and approve discount and expenditures. Review records and reports to project sales and monitor the preferences of the costumers and determine requirements and profitability. Prepare reports of all sales and service programs. Confer and represent the company before the partners for all business purposes”.

Required Associate’s Degree or frgn equiv in Business Adm, Engineering, Marketing, International Business or rel + 3y experience selling cabinets and interior space solution projects.
